Our Process
Establish Trust or Estate
Set up your pet's trust/estate with us so we can act immediately when you can no longer provide care.
Immediate Intake
When needed, we receive your dog right away to ensure safety and continuity of care.
Match & Placement
We use our vetted adopter list to find the best fit. Your dog may stay briefly at our facility/boarding or go straight to an adoptive family if there's a strong match.
Two-Week Fit Period
Adoptive families have up to 2 weeks to confirm a good fit. If successful, they sign official adoption paperwork with us.
Lifetime Support & Rehoming Guarantee
Families receive a monthly stipend and lifetime vet coverage. If a placement doesn't work out, we restart the process and ensure your dog is always cared for.
Full Trusts – Lifetime Security
Our primary goal is successful adoption to loving families. Full Trusts ensure quality interim care in vetted facilities if needed, with robust post-adoption support including stipends and vet coverage. Lifetime protection – no time limits, guaranteed care for your pet's entire life.
